An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Nora Avenue, in the City of Georgetown from Alaska Street South to where Nora Avenue intersects the West line of Tract 35 Fred E. Sander's Acre Tracts by grubbing, clearing and sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 12.
