An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Commercial Street, in the City of Georgetown, in front of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 30 Commercial Street Steam Motor Addition by sidewalking the same in front of said lots and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 17.
