An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 138 of the City of Georgetown titled, An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Charleston Avenue between Rainier and Monroe Street by grading and planking between said points, and assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements", passed September 18, 1905 and approved September 28, 1905.
