An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Rainier Avenue between a point 40 feet South of Horton Street and a point 40 feet north of Jefferson Street by planking same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
