An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Charleston Avenue in the City of Georgetown from its intersection with Rainier Avenue to its intersection with the south city limits by grading and planking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
