An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Rainier Avenue in the City of Georgetown between the South line of Brandon Street and the North City limits by grading, planking and sidewalking between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
