An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Bateman Street in the City of Georgetown, between the north line of Horton Street and a point 115 feet south of Perry Street by grading and planking the same between said points and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 25.
