An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first annual installments to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 1, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 89, for the improvement of Rainier Avenue under Ordinance No. 53 in compliance with the assessment roll of said district, approved by Ordinance No. 82, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
