Abstract
An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 168 of the City of Georgetown, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, widening and establishing of Commercial Street, in the City of Georgetown, as public street and highway; the same to be 90 feet wide from the intersection of Junction Street with Rupert Street, as the same is now laid out and platted and the intersection of proposed Commercial Street with Horton Street, and from said point, to Rainier Avenue 85 feet and providing for the taking and damaging of land necessary therefor and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken and damaged for the said purpose, and for the assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation," approved December 4, 1905.
