An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Nora Avenue in the City of Georgetown between Alaska Street and the intersection of said Nora Avenue with the West line of Tract 35, Fred E. Sander's Acre Tracts, by grading same to the property lines between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
