An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Charleston Avenue in the City of Georgetown, between Rainier Avenue and the north line of Monroe Street by opening to the full width of sixty (60) feet and grading, parking, planking and sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
