An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Nora Avenue in the City of Georgetown, between Alaska Street and the intersection of said Nora Avenue with the West line of Tract 35 Fred E. Sander's Acre Tracts by grading same to the property lines between said points and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 26.
