An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Estelle Street in the City of Georgetown between a point 80 feet North of the North line of Sweeney's Addition, and the South City Limits, by grading, planking and sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
