An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Charleston Avenue in the City of Georgetown, between Rainier Avenue and the North line of Monroe Street, by opening to the full width of sixty (60) feet, and grading, parking, planking and sidewalking the same between said points and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 27.
