An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Bateman Street in the City of Georgetown between the East line of Charleston Avenue and a point 115 feet South of the South line of Perry Street, by grading, planking and sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
