An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Estelle Street in the City of Georgetown between a point 80 feet North of the North line of Sweeney's Addition and the South City Limits by grading and planking the same between said points and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 28.
