An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve The County Road on the southern boundary of The City of Georgetown between East line of Estelle Street and Duwamish River Bridge on the southern boundary of said city by planking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
