An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Commercial Street in the City of Georgetown, between Charleston Avenue and the West line of L. M. Collins Donation Claim, by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
