An Ordinance discontinuing the proceedings for the laying off, extending and establishing of Nora Avenue, in the City of Georgetown, as provided for and specified in Ordinance No. 84 of said City of Georgetown, and authorizing the dismissal of the court proceedings pending in the Superior Court of the King County, by virtue of said ordinance, and appropriating money to pay all taxable costs incurred by any party to said court proceedings up to the time of such discontinuance, and authorizing the issuance of a warrant therefor and repealing said Ordinance No. 84.
