An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Bateman Street in the City of Georgetown, between the East line of Charleston Avenue and a point 115 feet South of the South line of Perry Street, by grading, planking and sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 30.
