An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Sander Avenue, in the City of Georgetown, over and across Tracts 36, 38 and 39, all in Fred E. Sander's Acre Tracts; also over the rights of way of the Columbia and Puget Sound Railroad Company and the Northern Pacific Railway Company; and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation said purpose, and for an assessment upon the property benefitted and for the purpose of making such compensation.
