An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 28 for the improvement of Estelle Street in the City of Georgetown between a point 80 feet North of the North line of Sweeney's Addition and the South City Limits, by grading and planking under Ordinance No. 211 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
