An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 31 for the improvement of Commercial Street in the City of Georgetown between Charleston Avenue and the West line of L. M. Collin's Donation Claim, by sidewalking the same under Ordinance 227 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
