Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Estelle Street between a point 80 feet north of the north line of Sweeney's Addition and the south city limits in the City of Georgetown, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
