An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Monroe Street between Estelle Street and Flora Street; Flora Street from Monroe Street to Lincoln Street; Lincoln Street from Flora Street to Charleston Avenue, and Charleston Avenue from Monroe Street to the South City Limits by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
