An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Monroe Street between Estelle Street and Flora Street, Flora Street from Monroe Street to Lincoln Street, Lincoln Street from Flora Street to Charleston Avenue, and Charleston Avenue from Monroe Street to the South City Limits, in The City of Georgetown, by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 34.
