An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 24 for the improvement of Rainier Avenue in the City of Georgetown, between the South line of Brandon Street and the North City Limits by grading, planking and sidewalking the same under Ordinance No. 170 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
