An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 27 for the improvement of Charleston Avenue in the City of Georgetown between Rainier Avenue and the North line of Monroe Street by opening 60 feet wide, grading, parking, planking and sidewalking under Ordinance No. 201 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
