An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve the west side of Rainier Avenue, between a point 116.7 feet South of the South line of Horton Street and a point 106.57 feet North of the North line of Jefferson Street, by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
