An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 30 for the improvement of Bateman Street in the City of Georgetown between the East line of Charleston Avenue and a point 115 feet South of the South line of Perry Street, by grading, planking and sidewalking under Ordinance No. 217 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
