An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the west side of Rainier Avenue, in the City of Georgetown, between a point 116.7 feet South of the South line of Horton Street, and a point 106.57 feet North of the North line of Jefferson Street, by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 35.
