An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 35 for the improvement of Rainier Avenue in the City of Georgetown between a point 116.7 feet South of the South line of Horton Street, and a point 106.57 feet north of the North line of Jefferson Street, by sidewalking the same under Ordinance No. 286 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
