An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve "A" Street between Rainier Avenue and the South line of Stehman Street by planking and sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
