An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Rainier Avenue between the South line of Vega Street and the South City Limits by replanking and residewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
