An Ordinance providing for the improvement of "A" Street between Stehman Street and Greeley Street, Harrison Street between "A" Street and "B" Street between the North line of Harrison Street and the North line of Greeley Street, in the City of Georgetown, by sidewalking the same with plank sidewalk six feet wide between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 41.
