An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 39 for the improvement of Mouroe Street in the City of Georgetown between Charleston Avenue and Estelle Street by planking the same between said points under Ordinance No. 327 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
