An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Ridgeway Avenue, in the City of Georgetown, over and across certain unplatted tracts of land in the L. M. Collins Donation Claim; also over and across Block 1 of Van Asselt & Gritman's Addition to the City of Georgetown; also over and across tracts 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, all in Barto Acre Tracts; also over and across tracts 16, 17, 49, 52, 53, 54 and 55, all in Corgiat Addition to Georgetown; also over and across certain unplatted lands in the S. A. Maple Donation Claim, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, and for an assessment upon the property benefited and or the purpose of making such compensation.
