An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first annual installments to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 12, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 275 for the improvement of Nora Avenue under Ordinance No. 139, in accordance with the assessment roll of said district as approved by Ordinance No. 264 providing for the collection thereof.
