An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of Mabel Street, in the City of Georgetown, over and across Block 1 of Bailey's Addition to the City of Georgetown; also over and across Blocks 1 and 2 of Boitano's Supplemental Addition to the City of Georgetown; also over and across Tracts 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8, of Horton's First Subdivision of Georgetown; also over and across certain unplatted tracts of land in the L. M. Collins Donation Claim, lying between the south line of Elizabeth Addition and the County Road, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property and necessary therefor and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, and for an assessment upon the property benefited and for the purpose of making such compensation.
