An Ordinance providing for the improvement of French Avenue in the City of Georgetown, between East Howard Street and Vancouver Street, by clearing, leveling and sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 43.
