An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 38 for the improvement of Rainier Avenue in the City of Georgetown between the south line of Vega Street and the South City Limits by re-planking and re-sidewalking the same between said points under Ordinance No. 326 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
