Abstract
An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Roosevelt Avenue between the North line of Swift Avenue and the alley North of Fred E. Sander's Acre Tracts; Swift Avenue between the West line of Randolph Avenue and the Easterly line of Sander Avenue; Mead Street between the East line of Roosevelt Avenue and the West line of Randolph Avenue; East Howard Street between the East line of Nora Avenue and the West line of Wellington Avenue; Sander Avenue between the Northeasterly line of Swift Avenue and the East line of Wellington Avenue; Randolph Avenue between the North line of Colvin Avenue and the South line of East Delaware Street; Jones Street between the East line of Beaumont Avenue and the East line of Wellington Avenue; Wellington Avenue between the North line of Colvin Avenue and the North line of East Delaware Street; Beaumont Avenue between the South line of Jones Street and the South line of Van Asselt & Gritman's Addition to Georgetown, all in the City of Georgetown, by clearing, grubbing, grading and sidewalking with five foot plank sidewalks with gutter between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
