An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 43 for the improvement of in the City of Georgetown between East Howard Street and Vancouver Street by clearing, levying and sidewalking the same under Ordinance No. 381 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
