An Ordinance providing for the improvement of for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of East Howard Street in the City of Georgetown, over and across Block Two of Union Depot Addition to South Seattle, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and or the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken and damaged for said purposes, and for an assessment upon the property benefited and for the purpose of making such compensation.
