An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Commercial Street in the City of Georgetown. between Junction Street and the Duwamish River by clearing, grubbing and leveling between said point and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 45.
