An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve a strip of land deeded by Oregon & Washington R. R. Co. to the City of Georgetown for street purposes and known as the Bateman Street Extension lying between Bateman Street and "A" Street, by grading, planking and sidewalking and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
