An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 45 for the improvement of Commercial Street in the City of Georgetown between Junction Street and the Duwamish River by clearing, grubbing and leveling the same under Ordinance No. 417 and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
