An Ordinance providing for the condemnation and appropriation of a certain strip of land 12.7 feet in width lying between the east line of Blocks 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Sprague's Addition to the City of Seattle on the west line of the replat of Fred E. Sander's Acre Tracts and Wilson and Bryan Tracts, Georgetown, Washington, and extending from the south line of said Block 4 to a point 26.82 feet north of the north line of said Block 9 produced, inclusive of all streets and alleys crossing said strip.
