An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, widening and establishing of Front Street in the City of Georgetown, over and across a certain unplatted tract of land in the L. M. Collins Donation Claim, and establishing a grade on said Street, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, and for an assessment upon the property benefited, and for the purpose of making such compensation; and repealing Ordinance No. 412 of the City of Georgetown passed and approved November 9, 1908.
