Abstract

An Ordinance approving and accepting quit claim deed to a certain tract of land from Maranda Bruce, a widow and resident of the City of Georgetown, County of King, State of Washington, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 21, Block 1, of Queen Addition to the City of Ballard, thence south along the west line thereof 6.64 feet to the south line of Angelo Street as platted upon the plat of Boitano's Supplemental Addition to the City of Georgetown, produced east; thence east along said south line of Angelo Street produced east 110 feet to the east line of said Lot 21; thence north along said east line 6.65 feet to the northeast corner of said lot 21; thence west along the north line of said lot, 110 feet to the place of beginning.
